Appalachian Lentil Soup
Made with flavorful, cozy herbs and veggies like lentils, mushrooms, potatoes, sage and garlic. Lentils are a great source of fiber, so this soup is both healthy and delicious!
Add contents of bag to 4 cups boiling water. Let simmer on low heat for half an hour or until beans soften, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary!
