Roots & Branches has been making this soup for years—featuring garbanzo beans, peas, sweet potato, squash, and curry, it makes a perfect lunch or dinner.

Add contents of bag to 4 cups boiling water. Let simmer on low heat for half an hour or until beans soften, stirring occasionally.
Add more water if necessary!
